Summary
Taking a complex process and making it genuinely simpler through technology — that is what drives me most. This runs through everything I have done: product development at Ford Otosan, 9 years of operational and digital transformation leadership at FMS Form Metal Sanayi, and building infab.cloud as a founder. My core strength is technological adaptability and change management: identifying where new tools create real value, designing the process around them, and managing both the technical and human side of adoption. Full operational and P&L leadership of a family-owned metal facility (est. 1992): 4,000 m² production, 15,000 ton/month capacity. Built management infrastructure from scratch under SME constraints — tight cash, limited staff, zero tolerance for long recovery cycles.

  • Cash management & sales: Customer segmentation, pricing discipline, accounts receivable structure
  • Digitalization & investment sequencing: Prioritized by payback period; digital experiments became the founding thesis for infab.cloud
  • End-to-end flow & process design: Mapped every operational task from intake to delivery — designed workflows for shop floor, purchasing, and administration; led the full deployment of redesigned processes, with the relevant team formed around the operating structure that emerged

Key learning: In an SME, a decision a large org evaluates over 6 months must be made in a week, with a fraction of the data, and reversed quickly if wrong. Fast, reversible, creative problem-solving is the core operational skill I carry forward.

Turkey's largest commercial vehicle manufacturer. End-to-end product development role: design, FEA/simulation sign-off, supplier qualification, PPAP/APQP, and change management across a multi-tier supply chain, simultaneously.

  • 2017 MY Disc Brake, Rubber Suspension, Weight-Reduced Truck Project: Redesigned rear axle suspension — weight reduction + disc brake transition. GD&T, structural analysis, supplier development, DVP&R
  • New Hub (Porya) Project: Full design of wheel hub assembly from concept to production validation

Key learning: Structured systems (APQP, DFMEA, change boards, phased sign-offs) make dynamic products manageable at scale. This discipline — traceability, stage gates, stakeholder alignment — is portable to any product development context.
